FaithLife Ministries is a Christian ministry located near Atlanta, GA in the United States. We began this ministry in 2001 and are dedicated to training Christian pastors and church leaders around the world on church and ministry leadership, management, and discipleship. We also provide specific training for children’s ministry.  Our mission is to serve the global training needs of pastors and church leaders in order to equip them to be more effective in making disciples of Jesus Christ.

The leadership and management training we provide is often neglected or only minimal in Seminaries, Bible Colleges, and Bible Schools around the world. Our training is meant to supplement the Theological and Biblical training offered by these schools. All of our training is based on Biblical principles and includes Scriptural references and Biblical illustrations. It was designed to be basic and practical so that it can be easily learned and applied. It is also simple enough to be re-taught to others as well.

Our Management for Church Leaders™ (MCL) training has been taught in 125 nations around the world, and we have established a network of 90 trainers in 50 of those countries who are teaching this material on our behalf. Our MCL & MCL #2 training are also available in a self-training book format that enables anyone to access this training to improve their church or ministry leadership and management skills without having to attend a training conference. Our MCL & MCL #2 training are also now on video and available to be taken on-line on our website for free by clicking here. It is also available online through Lucent University (www.lucent.university) for students enrolled in one of their degree programs. 

Our Discipleship for Church Leaders™ (DCL) training is similar in structure to our MCL training manual and contains training on the Biblical principles of discipleship and how to disciple different groups of people within the church. This training is designed for church leaders and those involved in discipling church members. It is also available in a self-training book format and on video for online training.
