Management for Church Leaders Training
We offer a training course entitled Management for Church Leaders™ (MCL) which is designed to give pastors and church leaders a basic understanding of leadership and church management principles and practices. It is Biblically based and provides practical, how-to training for any church leader. It was originally developed in 2001 by Barry Voss, our President and Director of this training, for a Bible School in the Philippines. This extensive training manual contains such topics as ministry leadership, managing people, handling conflict, strategic planning, managing money and managing time. It has been taught in over 100 different countries around the world, and is available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Russian, Nepali, Burmese, Swahili, Lugandan, Kirundi, Albanian, Estonian, Latvian, Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Laotian, Khmer, Thai, Indonesian, Urdu, Telegu, Hindi, Assamese, Arabic, Greek, Farsi, Bengali, Amharic and Chichewa.

We have also developed a follow up training called Management for Church Leaders™ Volume #2 (MCL #2). This training manual has additional teachings on similar topics and is structured in the same format. It includes training on Delegation & Accountability, Communication Skills, Building Community, Developing Teams, Managing Small Groups, Fundraising, Decision Making and Managing Change. Self-Training Books
We have also developed self-training versions of each of these 2 training manuals. These books contain all of the same principles and exercises but are written out with full explanations and illustrations for self-training. These books are intended for those that are looking for church leadership or management training they can take on their own.
